Nets
     The Greater Gaston Amateur Radio Society will hold nets on our local repeaters weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8:00pm EST.  These nets are Directed nets followed by a Ragchew session. Please stop by and check-in with us. The frequency of the Ragchew Net is 442.700 + offset with PL Tone 100.  There will be a link to 2 meter 146.505 simplex for our net at 8pm for those of you who do not have a 440 rig. The Saturday night net is held on 224.620 (No Tone) there will also be a link to 2 meter 146.505 simplex for our net at 8pm on the 220 as well. The repeater is located on top of Crowder’s Mountain, North Carolina. For those who cannot hit the repeater you can post a comment with your call sign, name and location on our Facebook events page and we will check you in by proxy. We would also like to take the time and thank the repeater owner Scott Greene KC4IRA for the use of the repeater.
